The inception of Mindboxlegal Counsels took place in National Law School, Bangalore, where the promotors joined their hands in 2010 to shape their dream. Mrs. RK Sumit

Mrs. RK Sumit is an Alumni from National Law College, Gurgaon and National Law University, Bangalore. Earlier she worked as Legal Adviser with National Commission for Women, New Delhi and Brickwork. She is involved in proving consultancy on various issues such as POSH, Intellectual Property, Corporate laws, drafting of agreement and contracts to a variety of clients.

Mrs. Sumit has assisted clients ranging from start-up companies to some of the largest companies in the country. She represents clients in IP Prosecution, contractual arrangement and legal processes, negotiating and drafting transaction documents and coordinating closings deals.
